Prussia has arrived early before the conference was suppose to start, he was watching carefully that no one had spotted him.
West had told him he couldn't come, but shouldn't he be allowed? He was the awesome Prussia!! He should be here!!!
He wasn't sure what the topic was and he didn't really care. But the powers of unintentional reverse psychology from his bruder had put the message in his mind that he HAD to be here.
He looked around the empty conference room. "now where should I set up my awesome observation headquarters?.."
Under the table was to risky. there was no where that looked promising. Then he spotted the broom closet. It was close enough to be able to hear what they would be talking about. He smirked. "Kesesesesesesese, just try and stop me finding out all your plans, you can't hide anything from awesome me!" His red eyes shone with mischief and superiority. He brushed his white bangs from his face in confidence and self admiration of his brilliant plan.

He snuck into the closet, it has an old style door and the keyhole was a perfect spyhole. He looked at his watch using the light that shone through the opening, "kesesese, not long now..."

Adam was already there, fast asleep at his table, suffering from jetlag. His Akubra hat was over his face, his feet on his table. The Australian's koala, sat on his shoulder, also asleep, while the dingo simly kept watch at his feet.

Petr came in with horrible headache and wrapped tightly in blue blanket because he was cold. “Stupid weather, stupid politics and stupid meeting.” He mutters under his breath and sis down. He tries to warm himself up by rubbing his shoulders.
He was in foul mood. But that wasn’t something new here. His government was bickering over useless things and people were starting to be crossed with them. It was tiresome in this time. Was it two or four hundred years ago they will just throw them out of window. Now it won’t be that easy.
He sighs and drinks some of his famous Becherovka which had he hiding in his pocket. Petr just hoped that nobody will discover that he has alcohol with him. Again.

Prussia looked through the keyhole.
Just Australia and Czech at the moment.. hmm
he doubted those to counties had anything to talk about that was interesting.. except maybe drinking. He didn't know much about Australia.. although Australia annoyed him slightly since he looked like Austria..he growled. He got out his phone and got onto the internet he typed in Australia, current news.
He came up with a lot of strange stories. "Man tries to karate chop a moving train"... "Another Shark attack" "couple caught getting steamy in a clock tower".... He rubbed his chin, Australia sounded interesting... maybe he should go for a drink sometime..

Feliks yawned as he entered the room, his heels clicking on the hard floor. Did he really have to show up to this boring meeting? He was supposed to go on a mall date with a friend later, and sitting through the blah-fest wasn't going to make the wait easy. Oh, well.... he was dressed for the date, and if anyone bitched or moaned about him wearing a skirt, they could just suck it.

He glanced around, his green eyes falling on the "albino". Fucking Prussia.... why was he here first? He was probably doing some sort or recon or something, that guy was always trying to fuck something up.

Oh, well.

He picked a chair and sprawled in it, legs dangling over the side of it. He pulled a thick book out of his shoulder bag and proceeded to read it... what? Poland housed one of the largest libraries, AND one of the largest universities, in all of Europe. It was no surprise that he liked to read.... well, at least not to him.

Gil watched the blonde enter. It took him a second to realize it was Poland.
He had to cover his mouth to stop the snicker that was threatening to turn into a full out laughing fit. He wondered what stuffy England and Austria as well as West would say when he saw that! pffft maybe this would interesting after all..

So the annual world conference has begun. As a permanent member, Japan was obliged to attend the yearly debates on how world affairs should be conducted.

As he approached the meeting room, Japan realized that he was somewhat early for the meeting and that everyone was not there yet.

He then took his seat at the table and started to ponder whether this year's conference will bear friut.

Then he noticed that there were other's seated also and greeted them...

He was sure Yao was on some sort of important buisness trip, or else he wouldn't have arrived restless and without his older brother by his side. He walked calmly down eyeing everyone else and quickly bowing them hoping they wouldn't notice as he took a seat. Yao never liked these meeting, and he always had a choice of coming or not, but right now he had no choice....and he would endure this. He did see his brother though so he quickly gave him a short nod and bow before humming and staring at the others.

Petr watched as others came in. First there was his neighbor Poland… in a skirt. Czech just hopes that other Slav won’t look at him or talk to him. He feels embarrassed already.
Than Japan came in. “Hello Japan.” “Petr greeted him weakly and sneezed loudly after. Really this winter was too long for his liking. Sure the 1914 was colder, but he really don’t like so much snow… even in Prague it is worse than normally.
Another nation was HK. Petr wasn’t sure if this young man was real nation, but now he didn’t care much. He greeted him too.

"Good morning Petr, do you have an idea how long until everyone will arrive?" Kiku asked.

Even though it is quite normal to have long wait times we do have to start sometime

But alas when Kiku looked around there was not enough to start even a notion of a quorum.

He looks at Kiku and sneezed again. “Dam sneezing and weather.” He swears a little bit. “Sorry Kiku. I don’t know when those super nations will arrive.” He says him bitterly and shivers.

“But I wish that we can start as soon as possible. I’m not sure if I would be able to get home. Airports are closing and I don’t trust railways. Car in this weather will be sure suicide.” He sighed hoping that the rest of the world will be on time this time.

But somehow he smiled at Kiku.
