-First of all, you must go to the character list, and see wich one is free to use. When the character is created, it will be seen occupied in the list, no one could use the same character of other user. When you select the character send a PM to and administrator with the sentence with the rank that you want.

-Then you can create an account, using the country as an ID. For example: Prussia / Gilbert or Gilbert / Prussia. If the country don't have an human name, you can create it with his/her surname too.

-Then you must do a presentation as a country (Yes, starting to role play as your character since then)if you want to speak out of the role play, you can put it in the end after a line.

For example, like this:

Wahahahaha I'm too awesome!! Kiss my ass!!!

-Put a picture of your character in the avatar, It's like your character is the one who's logged in. Same with the account profile.
For example mine is with Prussia's information.

-You can ONLY use 1 character per person!
